If the voltage drops, it adjusts automatically. If the voltage rises, it reduces the voltage automatically. When a fault is cleared, the unit can recover automatically. No manual adjustment or button operation is required during these processes.
Automatic Three-Phase Balance
The AC Servo Stabilizer provides independent adjustment for each phase. In factories, the voltage of the three phases may not be balanced. For example, Phase A may be at 370V while Phase B is at 390V. A standard regulator may adjust all three phases together, so the voltage can remain unbalanced after adjustment.
This unit has an independent sensing and drive circuit for each phase. When the voltage of one phase deviates from the required level, only the motor for that phase adjusts. The other two phases remain unchanged. The three phases can therefore be adjusted to the required voltage level independently. This function is important for motor loads because three-phase voltage imbalance can cause motors to overheat, vibrate, and have a shorter service life. The response time is less than 0.5 seconds. The efficiency is above 96%. The unit does not add additional waveform distortion. Stable voltage also helps protect downstream equipment and extend its service life.

The cabinet uses cold-rolled steel plate. The bottom has casters for easy movement. The panel has a voltmeter, an ammeter, a work indicator light, and a protection indicator light. Protection functions include overvoltage, undervoltage, phase loss, phase sequence, overload, short circuit, delayed power-on, and carbon brush limit protection.
The cooling method is natural air cooling. The working temperature ranges from -5°C to +40°C, and the applicable altitude is up to 1,000 meters. The unit complies with the JB/T 10091 standard. The capacity, input voltage range, and voltage accuracy can be customized according to your requirements.
