Three-Phase Winding and High Insulation
This unit is available with three core material options: nanocrystalline, amorphous, and ferrite. The inductance ranges from 0.5mH to 50mH and can be customized according to your requirements. The rated current ranges from 10A to 80A, with high-current specifications also available.
The winding uses multi-strand enameled copper wire or flat copper wire with a three-phase symmetrical winding structure. The insulation withstand voltage ranges from AC2500V to 4000V. Different voltage levels can be selected according to your requirements. The structure uses a ring core with three-phase windings and PCB through-hole pins. A fiberglass board base and epoxy reinforcement provide a firm structure.
Filtering Noise in Motor Systems
We support OEM and ODM services. The minimum order quantity is 30 units. Different models can be mixed in one order. If you provide drawings, we can manufacture according to them.
