Thick Wire and High Withstand Voltage
This is a high-power common-mode inductor, also known as a common-mode choke coil. Three core materials are available: nanocrystalline, amorphous, and ferrite. The inductance ranges from 5mH to 200mH and can be customized according to your requirements. The rated current ranges from 20A to over 100A, with very-high-current versions available.
The winding uses thick enameled flat copper wire or thick round copper wire with a double-wire symmetrical winding structure. The winding is suitable for high-current applications. The insulation withstand voltage is AC3000V. Higher withstand voltage can be provided if required. The structure uses a ring core with PCB through-hole pins. Epoxy potting secures the components in place. The base is fixed for stable installation.
Stable Work in Big Power Systems
We support OEM and ODM services. The minimum order quantity is 30 units. Different specifications can be mixed in one order. If you provide drawings, we can manufacture according to them. Custom samples can be completed within one week. Both standard and customized products can be produced within one week. Our monthly output is valued at approximately 2 million yuan.
The High Power Inductor operates from 1kHz to 500kHz and has a working temperature range of -40°C to 120°C. It is mainly used in solar inverters, energy storage converters, high-power frequency converters, charging piles, and industrial power supplies. It provides EMI filtering and suppresses common-mode noise. The High Power Inductor is suitable for high-power systems that require these functions.
