Before each batch leaves the factory, we test the voltage and current and inspect 100% of the products before packing. If goods are damaged during shipping, we repair or remake them. We provide a 5-year warranty. This nanocrystalline choke coil is one of our Tunable Inductor products.
High Frequency and Low Loss
This unit is available with two core material options: nanocrystalline and amorphous. The inductance can be customized according to your requirements, with a common range of 1mH to 100mH. The rated current ranges from 3A to 50A, and high-current versions can also be customized.
The winding uses enameled round copper wire or flat copper wire with a double-wire symmetrical winding structure. The unit supports a wide working frequency range from 10kHz to 1MHz. The insulation withstand voltage is AC2000V or higher and can be customized according to your requirements. The structure uses a ring core with PCB through-hole pins. Epoxy potting secures the components in place.
Strong EMI Suppression for Power Systems
We support OEM and ODM services. The minimum order quantity is 30 units. Different specifications can be mixed in one order. If you provide drawings, we can manufacture according to them. Custom samples can be completed within one week. Both standard and customized products can be produced within one week. Our monthly output is valued at approximately 2 million yuan.
The Tunable Inductor has high permeability, low residual magnetism, low magnetic leakage, and low temperature rise. It provides high-frequency EMI suppression for power systems. It is mainly used in frequency converters, solar inverters, new energy power supplies, EMI filters, charging piles, and switching power supplies. It suppresses common-mode interference and operates from -40°C to +125°C.
