Clear Controls and Feedback Signals
This is an electric valve control box for controlling the opening and closing of electric actuators. The power supply is available in two options: AC220V and AC380V. It works with both 50Hz and 60Hz. The control method supports local manual operation and remote signal control. There are three control commands: open valve, close valve, and stop.
The signal feedback uses passive switch contacts and can output valve-open and valve-closed signals. The panel has five indicator lights for power, opening, closing, open position, and closed position. It also has local open-stop-close buttons and a local/remote switch. The controls and status signals are easy to identify.
Full Protection for Valve Systems
We support OEM and ODM services. The minimum order quantity is 30 units. Different models can be mixed in one order. If you provide drawings, we can manufacture according to them. Custom samples can be completed within one week. Both standard and customized products can be produced within one week. Our monthly output is valued at approximately 2 million yuan.
The Distribution Switchgear has motor overload protection, overcurrent protection, phase sequence protection for three-phase models, and limit protection. The box uses cold-rolled steel plate with a powder-coated shell and door lock. The protection level is IP40 for indoor installation.
It works with single-phase and three-phase electric actuators and controls butterfly valves, ball valves, and gate valves. The terminal block uses a standard 20-position strip. Power, valve control, remote, and feedback terminals are arranged in separate zones for clear wiring. The working temperature ranges from -20°C to +60°C. Humidity must not exceed 85%, and condensation is not allowed. The Distribution Switchgear is suitable for indoor valve control applications with these requirements.
