Solid Insulation and Strong Ratings
This is a high-voltage ring main unit with solid insulation for 10kV power distribution systems. The rated voltage is 10kV (12kV), and the rated frequency is 50Hz. The rated current is 630A. The rated short-time withstand current is 20kA/4s. This rating compares favorably with products of the same type.
The cabinet uses cold-rolled steel plate with an electrostatic powder coating. The solid insulation type uses epoxy resin cast modules. The protection level is IP30 for indoor installation. The structure uses modular unit combinations and can be expanded with incoming and outgoing units, PT units, and metering units. The switch type is a load switch. A vacuum load switch or an SF6 load switch can be selected.

We support OEM and ODM services. The minimum order quantity is 30 units. Different unit configurations can be mixed in one order. If you provide drawings, we can manufacture according to them. Custom samples can be completed within one week. Both standard and customized products can be produced within one week. Our monthly output is valued at approximately 2 million yuan.
The Electrical Ring Main Unit provides short circuit protection, overcurrent protection, and ground fault protection. Relay protection and motor operation can be added as options. The operation method supports manual control, and electric remote operation is also available. The working environment temperature ranges from -20°C to +40°C. Humidity must not exceed 90%, and condensation is not allowed. It is suitable for indoor installation.
