Strong Steel and Clear Layout
This is an XL-21 low-voltage power switch cabinet. We can provide both high-voltage and low-voltage complete distribution cabinets. The cabinet uses cold-rolled steel plate with an electrostatic powder coating. The coating provides resistance to rust and corrosion. The protection level is IP30 for the indoor type, while the high-voltage cabinet can reach IP40.
The rated low voltage is AC380V/220V. The high voltage can reach 10kV. The rated frequency is 50Hz. The low-voltage incoming current can reach 630A. The high-voltage rating can be selected according to your requirements. The main components include isolation switches, molded case circuit breakers, miniature circuit breakers, copper bars, ammeters, and indicator lights. Component brands can be specified.
The cabinet is floor-standing with a single door. The door has operation buttons and meters. Adjustable mounting beams are installed inside, and cable entry and exit holes are provided at the bottom.
Protection for High Voltage Systems
We support OEM and ODM services. The minimum order quantity is 30 units. Different configurations can be mixed in one order. If you provide drawings, we can manufacture according to them. Custom samples can be completed within one week. Both standard and customized products can be produced within one week. Our monthly output is valued at approximately 2 million yuan.
The High and Low Voltage Switchgear provides short circuit protection and overload protection. The high-voltage type can also be equipped with overcurrent, zero-sequence, and relay protection. The working temperature ranges from -20°C to +60°C. Humidity must not exceed 85%, and condensation is not allowed. It is suitable for indoor factory installation.
You can customize the circuit number, component brand, meter configuration, cabinet size, and secondary wiring plan according to your drawings. The High and Low Voltage Switchgear can be configured according to your required circuit and wiring arrangement.
