Full Sealing and Strong Ratings
This is a 10kV fully sealed gas-insulated switch cabinet. It is also known as an inflatable ring main unit or a GIS compact gas-insulated cabinet. The rated voltage is 12kV for 10kV systems. The rated frequency is 50Hz. The rated current is 630A. The rated short-time withstand current is 20kA/4s.
The cabinet uses cold-rolled steel plate with an electrostatic powder coating. The gas tank uses stainless steel and laser welding and has a fully sealed structure. The cabinet protection level is IP30, while the gas tank reaches IP67 for full sealing. The insulation medium can be SF6 or dry eco-friendly gas. The structure uses modular unit combinations. Incoming, outgoing, PT, and metering units can be combined according to the required configuration. The unit is floor-standing and suitable for indoor installation.
Safe Switching for Your Project
We support OEM and ODM services. The minimum order quantity is 30 units. Different unit configurations can be mixed in one order. If you provide drawings, we can manufacture according to them. Custom samples can be completed within one week. Both standard and customized products can be produced within one week. Our monthly output is valued at approximately 2 million yuan.
The Gas-Insulated Switchgear Cabinet uses a gas-insulated load switch as the switch body. A ground switch and fuse combination can be added. The operation method supports manual control. Electric motor operation with remote control is also available. Protection functions include overcurrent protection, short circuit protection, and ground fault protection. Relay protection devices can be added according to the required configuration.
The working temperature ranges from -20°C to +40°C. Humidity must not exceed 90%, and condensation is not allowed. It is suitable for indoor use. The unit combination number, meter setup, secondary protection circuits, and metering modules can be customized according to your project requirements.
