Wenzhou Mingyue Electric Co., Ltd. manufactures this XL-21 power cabinet as Electrical Control Equipment for applications with multiple circuits. It is different from a standard distribution box. The cabinet is floor-standing and provides space for multiple circuits. It is suitable for workshops and factories where many machines are installed close together.
One cabinet can distribute power to dozens of circuits, helping reduce cabinet space and cable use. The rated voltage is AC380V/220V at 50Hz, and the main incoming current reaches 630A. The branch circuit current can be set according to the actual load. You can provide your circuit list, and we install the components according to it.
Strong Cabinet with Flexible Inside Space
The cabinet body uses cold-rolled steel plate with an electrostatic powder coating. The coating provides resistance to rust and corrosion. The protection level is IP30 for indoor use. The cabinet has a single door with a lock. Inside, adjustable mounting beams can be moved up and down to accommodate breakers of different sizes. Cable entry and exit holes are provided at the bottom, allowing cables to enter from below without taking up additional internal space.
The main components include molded case circuit breakers, miniature circuit breakers, copper bars, terminals, and an energy meter. Component brands can be specified according to your requirements. Chint, Delixi, and Schneider components can be selected. We install the selected components according to your order list.
Clear Protection and Custom Build
The standard configuration provides short circuit protection and overload protection. If a fault occurs on one circuit, the breaker for that circuit trips while the other circuits can continue operating. Leakage protection is optional.
We are based in Liushi Town, Yueqing City and have 7 years of experience. Our plant covers 1,000 square meters and has 20 employees. We have our own R&D team. Before the Electrical Control Equipment leaves the factory, we test the voltage and current and inspect 100% of the products before packing. We provide a 5-year warranty. If goods are damaged during shipping, we repair or remake them at our factory and cover the freight cost.
The working temperature ranges from -20°C to +60°C. Humidity must not exceed 85%, and condensation is not allowed. The circuit number, component brand, wiring plan, and cabinet size can be customized according to your drawings.
