Wenzhou Mingyue Electric Co., Ltd. manufactures this Metal Clad Switch Gear for power control applications that require compartmentalized protection. The live parts inside are enclosed by metal barriers instead of being exposed. This structure helps separate the internal electrical sections. If a fault occurs in one phase, the arc is contained within its compartment and is less likely to spread to adjacent sections.
During maintenance, the relevant compartment can be opened while the other compartments remain closed. This also helps prevent direct contact with live parts. The rated voltage is AC380V/AC220V at 50Hz, and the main incoming current reaches 630A.
Strong Cabinet with Clear Access
The cabinet uses quality cold-rolled steel plate with an electrostatic powder coating. The bottom has a ventilated cooling base with louvers. Hot air is discharged through the ventilation structure, while cooler air enters from below to maintain natural airflow. The protection level is IP30 for indoor use.
The cabinet is floor-standing with a single door. The door has an ammeter, a voltmeter, indicator lights, and a changeover switch, keeping the main readings and controls accessible from the front. Inside, modular mounting beams can be adjusted to accommodate different component sizes. The copper busbar wiring is arranged according to the required layout. The main components include molded case circuit breakers (MCCB), miniature circuit breakers (MCB), copper bars, neutral and ground bars, and a multi-function power meter. Component brands can be specified, and we install the selected components according to your list.
Clear Protection and Custom Wiring
The standard configuration provides short circuit protection and overload protection. If a short circuit occurs, the breaker trips to disconnect the fault. For an overload, the thermal-magnetic trip operates with a delay according to the overload condition. Leakage protection is optional and can be added when required.

The working temperature ranges from -20°C to +60°C. Relative humidity must not exceed 85%, and condensation is not allowed.
