Wenzhou Mingyue Electric Co., Ltd. manufactures this Medium Voltage Cabinet for power distribution systems. Its main functions are power distribution and circuit protection. Power from the transformer first enters the cabinet instead of going directly to each machine. The cabinet then distributes the power to the downstream branch circuits.
The rated voltage is AC380V/220V at 50Hz. The incoming line can carry up to 630A. It is suitable for indoor power distribution rooms and factories. The working temperature ranges from -20°C to +60°C. Humidity must not exceed 85%, and condensation is not allowed.
A Layout That Makes Work Easy
The unit has a floor-standing structure with a single door. When the door is opened, the main components and controls are accessible from the front. The door holds an ammeter, a voltmeter, indicator lights, and a changeover switch. This arrangement makes operation more convenient.
Inside, modular mounting beams allow the component layout to be adjusted. The beams can be moved up or down according to the required installation position. The layout is flexible. The copper busbar wiring is arranged according to the required configuration. The main components include molded case circuit breakers (MCCB) and miniature circuit breakers (MCB), as well as neutral and ground copper bars. Component brands can be specified. Chint, Delixi, or Schneider components can be selected, and we install the selected components according to your order list.
Protection You Can Set to Your Needs
The standard setup provides short circuit protection and overload protection. When a short circuit occurs, the breaker trips to disconnect the fault. During an overload, the thermal-magnetic trip operates with a delay rather than disconnecting the circuit immediately. Leakage protection is optional and can be added when required.
