Indoor and Outdoor Material Choices
This is a complete assembled electric control box that mounts on a wall. The box is available in two material options. The indoor type uses cold-rolled steel plate with an electrostatic powder coating for corrosion protection. The outdoor type uses 304 or 201 stainless steel. The indoor type has IP30 protection, while the outdoor stainless steel type has IP54 protection against rain and dust.
The rated voltage is AC220V or AC380V at 50Hz. The main incoming current can reach 250A. The current for each branch circuit can be configured according to your requirements. The internal components include molded case circuit breakers, miniature circuit breakers, copper busbars, and terminals. Component brands can be specified. The box has a single door with a lock. The outdoor type has a rainproof top. A clear glass window can also be added.

We support OEM and ODM services. The minimum order quantity is 30 units. Different models can be mixed in one order. If you provide drawings, we can manufacture according to them. Custom samples can be completed within one week. Both standard and customized products can be produced within one week. Our monthly output is valued at approximately 2 million yuan.
The Distribution Board provides short circuit protection and overload protection. Leakage protection is optional. The indoor type operates from -20°C to +60°C, while the stainless steel outdoor type operates from -20°C to +55°C. The box size, circuit number, component brand, wiring plan, and hole layout can be customized according to your drawings.
