Wide Adjustment and Stable Output
This is a three-phase, oil-immersed induction unit, also known as an oil-immersed regulating transformer. The rated capacity can be customized. Common capacities include 50KVA, 100KVA, 200KVA, 315KVA, and 500KVA. The unit uses three-phase 380V power, while the input voltage can be customized according to your working conditions. The input range is wide. The output voltage can be continuously adjusted from 0 to 430V or stabilized at 380V.
The adjustment system uses an oil-immersed induction type with motor-driven stepless adjustment and a smart main control panel. The cooling method is oil-immersed self-cooling, with transformer oil carrying heat away from the unit. The tank has an oil level gauge for checking the oil level. Voltage accuracy is ±1% and can also be customized.
Full Protection for Remote Power Supply
We accept OEM and ODM orders with a minimum order quantity of 30 units. Different specifications can be mixed in one order. If you provide drawings, we can manufacture according to them. Custom samples can be completed within one week. Both standard and customized products can be produced within one week. Our monthly output is valued at approximately 2 million yuan. If we deliver late, we pay a penalty.
The Constant Current Transformer provides overvoltage, undervoltage, overload, overheat, oil level alarm, and delay protection. The protection settings can also be customized. The control panel has digital voltage and current meters, run and fault indicators, and start and stop buttons. The oil tank has cooling fins, and the control box is integrated. Mounting brackets are provided on the base.
This transformer is suitable for mines, tunnels, large factories, and long-distance power supply for high-power equipment. The working temperature is -5°C to +40°C, and the applicable altitude must not exceed 1,000 meters.
