Ring Coils and Brush Adjustment
This is a TSGC2 three-phase auto-coupling contact-type unit. The capacity ranges from 3kVA to 60kVA. The unit shown in the picture is 9KVA. It uses three-phase input and supports both 50Hz and 60Hz. The input voltage is three-phase 380V. The output voltage can be adjusted continuously from 0 to 430V. The adjustment range has no dead spots. The winding uses pure copper coils in a ring shape. A carbon brush slides along the winding to adjust the voltage.
The insulation class is A. The cooling method is natural air cooling. The structure contains three sets of ring-core windings, and the unit is adjusted manually.
A digital model is available if clearer readings are required. It displays the output voltage in real time. The terminals are clearly marked. A, B, and C are the inputs, while a, b, c, and 0 are the outputs.
Good for Testing and Heating Control
We support OEM and ODM services with a minimum order quantity of 30 units. Different models and colors can be mixed in one order. If you provide drawings, we can manufacture according to them. Custom samples can be completed within one week. Both standard and customized products can be produced within one week. Our monthly output is valued at approximately 2 million yuan.
