Ready to Install and Built for Outdoors
This is a European-style box substation, also known as a complete box substation. The high-voltage side is 10kV, and the low-voltage side is 0.4kV. The voltage level can be customized. Standard capacities range from 50kVA to 2,500kVA. The unit uses three-phase AC power, with 50Hz or 60Hz available.
The structure includes a high-voltage room, transformer room, and low-voltage room in one pre-installed cabinet. The shell can be made of cold-rolled steel plate or stainless steel. Outdoor versions provide protection against rain, dust, and corrosion. The protection setup includes high-voltage fuses, load switches, low-voltage breakers, overload protection, short-circuit protection, and leakage protection.
The unit also has temperature and humidity control and fan cooling. The standard protection level is IP30, while the outdoor type can reach IP44.
Custom Options and Simple Setup
We support OEM and ODM services with a minimum order quantity of 30 units. Different specifications can be mixed in one order. If you provide drawings, we can manufacture according to them. Custom samples can be completed within one week. Both standard and customized products can be produced within one week. Our monthly output is valued at approximately 2 million yuan.
The Package Transformer Substation can be customized in terms of capacity, voltage, cable layout, cabinet material, and protection functions. The complete unit can be transported to the installation site and lifted into position. It is suitable for outdoor installation.
The working temperature is -20°C to +40°C. Our box substations are used at construction sites and in industrial parks. The Package Transformer Substation is designed for these installation environments.
