Before each unit leaves the factory, we test the voltage and current and inspect 100% of the products before packing. If goods are damaged during shipping, we repair or remake them. We provide a 5-year warranty. The Step Down Frequency Converter is one of our standard products.
Clear Panel and Wide Frequency Range
This is a VFD-M series general-purpose frequency converter. The power rating is 5.5kW. The input is available in a three-phase 460V version, with single-phase 220V and three-phase 380V versions also available. It supports both 50Hz and 60Hz. The output is three-phase, 0–460V. The frequency range is continuously adjustable from 0.1 to 400Hz.
The control method is V/F control.
The panel has a built-in LED digital display. The frequency is set with a knob, while the keys are used to start, stop, and set parameters. The case has a built-in cooling fan and cooling grilles for heat dissipation during long-term operation.
Full Protection for Daily Use
We support OEM and ODM services. The minimum order quantity is 30 units. Different models can be mixed in one order. If you provide drawings, we can manufacture according to them. Custom samples can be completed within one week. Both standard and customized products can be produced within one week. Our monthly output is valued at approximately 2 million yuan.
The Step Down Frequency Converter provides protection against overcurrent, overload, overvoltage, undervoltage, overheat, and short circuit. It is mainly used with fans, water pumps, conveyor belts, and small machine tool motors. It controls motor speed and supports energy-saving operation. The Step Down Frequency Converter operates at -5°C to +40°C and at altitudes not exceeding 1,000 meters.
