Flexible Ratios and Clear Structure
This is an SG three-phase dry-type transformer. The capacity ranges from 3kVA to 200kVA. It uses three-phase input and supports 50Hz or 60Hz. The voltage ratio can be customized. Common combinations include 380V to 220V, 400V to 200V, and 415V to 380V. Other voltage ratios can be configured according to your requirements.
The windings use pure copper coils. Copper has good conductivity and low heat generation. The insulation class is F. The cooling method is natural air cooling (AN). Yyn0 or Yd11 connection groups are available. The structure uses a core lamination process, with a white insulation cylinder around the coils. The orange connection terminals are clearly marked. The open-frame base allows the transformer to be installed inside a cabinet.
Isolation and Harmonic Filtering
We support OEM and ODM services with a minimum order quantity of 30 units. Different models can be mixed in one order. If you provide drawings, we can manufacture according to them. Custom samples can be completed within one week. Both standard and customized products can be produced within one week. Our monthly output is valued at approximately 2 million yuan.
The Dry Type Pad Mounted Transformer provides three main functions: voltage conversion, electrical isolation, and grid interference filtering. These functions help protect downstream sensitive equipment. It is suitable for CNC machines, automatic equipment, and power supply for imported equipment. The working temperature is -5°C to +40°C, and the altitude must not exceed 1,000 meters. The Dry Type Pad Mounted Transformer can be configured with different capacities, voltage ratios, and connection groups according to the application.
